What is Nonviolent Communication?

NVC (called Compassionate Communication, too) may be useful to anyone who wishes to :
Speak authentically from the heart and reduce defensiveness in others
Listen deeply and empathically
Maintain connection with yourself and others despite the language used
Resolve conflict without making anyone “right” or “wrong”
