Join us (class limited to 15 participants) to consciously create and
sustain a field where we practice noticing our own and others\u2019 needs
in the moment. Holding needs tenderly to the extent we are able
seems to move us to a heart centered state where we can connect
naturally to others. It becomes more possible to respond in a
discerning way to requests from others and our own needs that we
may or may not be aware of. When we move toward the energy of
our needs, many of us find that we feel more alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will cover Empathy, Self Empathy, Anger, Gratitude and
Appreciation in triads and larger groups. There will be music and
movement to support our interactive learning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisite: Reading Nonviolent Communication: A Language
of Life by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD before the first class.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
