Are you seeking kindness and acceptance in your relationships as you authentically express your views, feelings, and needs? Are you wanting to be able to listen deeply with genuine understanding to to difficult messages, i.e., the other’s pain or seemingly critical comments? At its heart, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) grounds us in self-compassion and compassionate acceptance of others without condoning behavior. With this grounding, we can be present and connect with others.
