Mar 6 Tucson: Trigger Happy Transformation

Uncover New Ways to Deal with Old Pain

Come play with us as use NVC to uncover the roots of our automatic reactions. Resistance or “overreacting” make it difficult to stay present and authentic in our relationships and daily interactions at work and at home. We have all had experiences that brought us face to face with the pain of our younger selves. By connecting with that “inner child” and offering them empathy and attention, we may begin to work through the pain and discover new paths forward to better meet our needs.
