At its core, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is about connecting with what matters most—our feelings, needs, and values—while deeply listening to others.
In this Climate Grief 101 event, we offer a space to do just that. While not specifically an NVC workshop, this gathering aligns with NVC principles of presence, deep listening, and compassionate expression. It is an opportunity to explore the emotions that arise in response to the climate crisis—grief, anxiety, anger, sadness, or uncertainty—through shared reflection and supportive community.
Together, we will: Learn about climate grief, eco-anxiety, and the interconnected crises shaping our world.
Share what’s real for us in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
Listen with care, honoring our own experiences and those of others.
This is an invitation to be with what’s alive in you, without needing to fix, debate, or analyze—just to witness, express, and connect.
