Come practice with us! 
We’ll gather for an NVC practice session where we’ll grow our listening muscles, deepen our empathy, and have fun together. No experience needed — bring a friend!
We’ll be practicing reflective listening and playing Empathy Poker, a card game that makes it easy (and playful!) to guess what feelings and needs someone might be experiencing. It’s a lighthearted way to practice attunement and experience the magic of being understood.
