Imagine living in a world; where we trust there is enough resources for everyone; where competition is about being and becoming our best selves; where support & caring is the name of the game; & where I meet my needs in cooperation with yours, not at your expense. This language of compassion in speaking & listening is the world of NVC. I invite you to play in this world and explore your relationship with yourself, with others, with power in your communication and the consciousness in which you choose to live your life.

With NVC we learn to hear our own deeper needs and those of others. Through its emphasis on deep listening—to ourselves as well as others—NVC helps us discover the depth of our own compassion. This language reveals the awareness that all human beings are only trying to honor universal values and needs, every minute, every day.

NVC can be seen as both a spiritual practice that helps us see our common humanity, using our power in a way that honors everyone’s needs, and a concrete set of skills which help us create life-serving families and communities.

THIS WORKSHOP IS PRACTICAL AND EXPERIENTIAL. By the end of these two days you will have learned and practiced skills for speaking and for listening with compassion and heightened self-awareness.

Video Conference Workshop: Key Distinctions for those on the CNVC Certification path

We are offering our third series in unpacking the Key Distinctions. Many of you from our second series requested that we offer another one. We heard you! You may join us if you have already participated or if you are new to this videoconference series. As part of your certification path, you are asked to explore the Key Distinctions. For some of you, root canal at your dentist would be less dreadful. We are inviting you to have fun together with us and explore the Key Distinctions in creative, heart connected and exciting ways.

In our experience they inform our lives and support the transformation of consciousness from a state of fear, scarcity and separation to a state of trust, abundance and interconnectedness.

We invite you unpack them with curiosity on videoconference,
For those of you who join us during our “live” event both audio and video recordings will be made available. And for those of you who are unable to join us live due to time zones etc., we are happy to offer the audio recordings of all four sessions.
The tuition is the same for either option, so we encourage you to join “in person” if it works for you.

Whether you are working with the CALF (Candidates Active Learning Forum) team or with another team of assessors, we encourage you to join us to learn and practice with an international group of candidates, trainers and assessors.

Video Conference Workshop: NVC Training for those on the path to Certification
In our role as assessors, we are here to support the integrity of NVC first and to then support the candidates * knowing *, * sharing * and * living NVC * to the best of their ability. We are hearing from several of you — your longing for more community and connection on this path so we would like to propose a series of videoconferences (optional) to meet as a candidate community, discuss concrete strategies on how we can offer one another support and collaboration for our journey together, and address specific issues of the journey, such as keeping a journal, how to give / receive feedback, the key differentiations, etc.Our proposal is to offer a monthly 75 minute call. Below are the dates for spring 2018 on Mondays at 3:30 PM Pacific, 4:30 PM MTN, 5:30 PM Central and 6:30 PM Eastern, 9:30 PM Brazil
And given that community is one of the cornerstones of NVC, we hope that this community of ours can function as a laboratory of life to help us learn, grow, and integrate the awareness of shared power and inter-dependence. Over time, this community path will empower us to give / receive feedback in order to help one another to see aspects that are not visible to ourselves, thus expanding our self-awareness (for us -the heart of the path).
Day/Dates: Monday, March 19 & April 16
